Subletting
Rockingham Forest is committed to making the best use of its resources and ensuring that properties are properly managed. All efforts will be made to identify and act on unlawful subletting and occupancy to ensure the most effective use and occupation of existing housing. Whilst we will not unreasonably withhold consent for a request to sublet, we do recognise that there are cases where subletting takes place in breach of the terms and condition of our tenant agreement.
