Neighbour Disputes
Being neighbourly depends on mutual tolerance, realistic expectations and people being considerate towards each other. Many minor disputes between neighbours escalate and become multiple complaints against both parties over a number of years. In these circumstances the only realistic option is mediation, which depends on those involved being willing to work together to find a solution.
We will offer free mediation in the following circumstances:
- lifestyle differences;
- low level nuisance;
- one to one disputes where there is no obvious perpetrator;
- boundary disputes;
- pet problems.
