What is ‘My Tenancy’?
‘My Tenancy' is a free, secure service that gives you access to your repairs and rent account on the internet.
This is a free service and it is also free to access the website.
Once you are registered, you can use ‘My Tenancy’ to:
- View your rent account;
- Request repairs;
- View any repairs you have reported;
- Make a payment using an Allpay card.
How do I use ‘My Tenancy’?
You must be a resident of RFHA and have access to an internet connection.
You will need a password from us to access your details; please call Teresa Poyton , Customer Service Advisor on 01933 411400 or e-mail tp@rfha.org.uk and she will give you your password so that you can access the site and your details whenever you wish.
