Missed Appointment Charges

If you have an appointment with one of our contractors and you can’t be at home, please remember to call our offices on 01933 411400 to re-make the appointment. The contractors will call us if you’re not home and we will try to call you- maybe you hadn’t heard the doorbell. But if you are out and do not answer the phone, then you’ll be charged £40.

Due to the growing number of missed appointments for our handyman service, we have had to introduce a charge of £30 for missed appointments. There is a lot of demand for the handyman and it’s a shame when a morning’s work is wasted when another resident also needs repairs carrying out.

We hope that by advising you of the charges for missed appointments it will encourage residents to call the office on 01933 411400 to change the appointment if something unexpected comes up.
