Rent Payment Methods
We take a very proactive approach to rent collection and aim to give a consistent and clear message to our residents that 'Rent Comes First'.
Rent is due weekly in advance on all our properties except our market rented schemes. As prompt and regular payment of rent is very important to us, we promote this by providing a wide range of flexible payment methods. Facilitated by allpay.com, a leading payment collection company, payment methods are as follows:
- Swipe card via PayPoint outlets and the Post Office;
- Direct Debit;
- Internet via www.allpayments.net.
Our residents can also pay by
- Cash or cheque in the office;
- Posting a cheque or postal order to the office;
- Debit Card at the office or over the phone, accompanied by an Allpay Card.
