Sounding Board – get involved with decision making
If you would like to be involved with decision-making options here at RFHA but do not have the time to attend meetings then the Sounding Board is for you. This is where you can respond to e-mails or postal questionnaires in your own time.
Our Sounding Board is a new Resident Involvement option for RFHA and it is already proving to be very popular. We understand that many of our residents do not have the time to attend meetings or it is not convenient for them for a number of reasons but they would still like to have their opinions heard. Because RFHA is committed to finding ways for all of our residents to get involved with us and have a chance to influence the decisions we make, we have developed this option. The Sounding Board is an email consultation method which will be regular questionnaires for you to complete and return in a given time frame. We will use the information from the responses to tailor our services accordingly and to monitor the success of new initiatives.
