Resident Involvement - the plan for the years ahead
This three-year plan has been developed in consultation with RFHA’s Sounding Board, the Challenge Group and more widely with the tenants who attended the annual Tenant Talkback. These groups have considered ways in which RFHA can involve existing and future residents. The consultation for this document reached our highest ever number of residents.
RFHA understands that it is accountable to its residents and the neighbourhoods in which its residents live. Resident Involvement is vital to guarantee accountability. RFHA is determined to deliver high quality services to its residents and understands that effective resident involvement is vital in achieving and maintaining high standards.
