Mystery Shopping

We have a Mystery Shopping programme to test our services from our customers’ point of view. Mystery shoppers contact us by phone, letter, email or by visiting our offices and making notes on the standard of customer service that we provide.

We always want to recruit more Mystery Shoppers to carry out exercises no more than twice a year. We cover out of pocket expense and a thank you gift of shopping vouchers is given for each shop completed. We will provide free training as a half day informal session and offer support through out the whole process.
