Challenge Group – your suggestions on how RFHA can improve
This group meets at regular intervals throughout the year. This focus group looks at a range of important issues throughout the year but also brings suggestions as to how RFHA can improve and make things better for its residents.
This group is open to all residents. The meetings are usually from 6 – 8.30pm and are held at the offices of RFHA. The meeting dates are published in reception, on our Facebook page and often in our newsletter.
This group receives all performance information relating to our service standards and is given presentations on policies so that they can review all of the information shown and then offer their advice about how it can work better for our residents. Based on this information, members agree recommendations on how RFHA should improve to benefit its customers more.
