Directions To RFHA

From The A14

1. Follow the A14 East to Kettering;
2. Follow signs for Bedford A6;
3. Follow the A6 through Finedon, past Rushden & Diamonds Football Club and into Higham Ferrers;
4. Follow the A6 into Rushden, keeping to the one way system and following signs for A6 Bedford;
5. Having followed the one way system through town, the Peter Crisps department store (painted in black and yellow) will appear on your right hand side, with the church on your left hand side;
6. Take the right hand lane and, at the traffic lights, turn down the hill;
7. Go straight over the small roundabout at the bottom of the hill and St Peter’s House is the first turning after Park Avenue.

Directions To RFHA From London

Via The A1

1. Take the A1 north;
2. At the junction with the A14, take the A14 west;
3. At the junction with the A45, leave the A14 and take the A45 west to Rushden and Higham Ferrers;
4. At the roundabout at the junction of the A45/A6, take the A6 south (towards Bedford) into Higham Ferrers;
5. Travel through Higham Ferrers into Rushden and follow the one way system;
6. Refer to local map.

Via The M1

1. Take the M1 north until Junction 15 (Northampton);
2. Take the A45 east to Wellingborough and then on to Rushden/Higham Ferrers;
3. At the roundabout at the junction of the A45/A6, take the A6 south (towards Bedford) into Higham Ferrers;
4. Travel through Higham Ferrers into Rushden and follow the one way system.

Directions To RFHA From The North

Via The M1(South)/M6

1. Take the M1 South. At Junction 19 (M1), take the A14 east to Kettering;
2. At Kettering, follow signs for Bedford A6;
3. Follow the A6 through Finedon, past Rushden & Diamonds FC and into Higham Ferrers;
4. Follow the A6 into Rushden, keeping to the one way system and following signs for A6 Bedford;
5. Refer to local map.

Alternative Route Via M1

1. Take the M1 South to Junction 15 (Northampton);
2. Follow the A45 east to Rushden/Higham Ferrers;
3. On reaching Rushden, take the exit marked Rushden, A5009;
4. Refer to local map.

Via The A1

1. Take the A1 south. At the junction with the A14, take the A14 west;
2. At the junction with the A45, leave the A14 and take the A45 west to Rushden and Higham Ferrers;
3. At the roundabout at the junction of the A45/A6, take the A6 south (towards Bedford) into Higham Ferrers;

Via The A605

1. Take the A605 south from Peterborough to Thrapston;
2. At the roundabout for the A14, take the A45 west to Rushden and Higham Ferrers;
3. At the roundabout at the junction of the A45/A6, take the A6 south (towards Bedford) into Higham Ferrers;
4. Travel through Higham Ferrers into Rushden and follow the one way system;
5. Refer to local map.
