The Association's Mission Is To Provide:

Quality Homes

The Association is committed to spending over £1million per year upgrading its properties with a rolling programme of replacing kitchens and bathrooms as well as providing an essential maintenance service. We fit 9 properties per year with solar panels. All properties are fitted with double glazing and insulation.

Excellent Services

Because we are a community based organisation we are able to offer a more tailored, personal service; we are lucky enough to know many of our customers on a first name basis. We aim to resolve 80% of all resident enquiries at first point of contact ensuring a friendly, efficient and effective response to their questions and requests.

Community Values

We are a key partner in a number of community projects including regeneration initiatives which are working to improve the local area using a multi agency approach. The Association is also working on a number of financial inclusion projects across the county. We employ local labour wherever possible and are committed to putting money back into the local economy.

Exceeding Expectations

We are an independent, community based organisation whose core activity is providing high quality housing and customer focused, accessible services. We always seek to go that extra mile and are in the process of trialling new bio-mass boilers in our rural properties that do not have access to mains gas supplies.
